Almost as important as your Shafer's Software System is the support and guidance you'll receive to help you get the most from your system. At Shafer's, we pride ourselves on offering the most advanced system on the market and our support department has been carefully selected and trained to guide you in maximizing the benefits of this cutting-edge business management tool.
Our entire support concept starts and ends with you, the customer. Our support program is designed to have a person available for you when you need them most. Our objective is to create an environment that centers around answering your questions and solving your problems right away, and without long call back times or irritating delays.
Shafer's Support Department hours are Monday through Friday from 6:00 am (PST) to 5pm (PST). You can also send an email, at any time, to esupport@shafers.com. A representative will try to respond to your email the next available business day.
Or support department is staffed with friendly, experienced professionals, some of which have been working at Shafer's for over 10 years. In addition, several of our support staff have previous work experience in an HVAC, contracting or service environment that, combined with an in-depth knowledge of our software and computers, make them an important asset to our support team. Our support staff attends weekly training sessions to keep them up-to-date of the latest software enhancements our company has to offer. Shafer's Technical Support Department will also work with you and your IT department to ensure proper hardware support.
