Shafer's Sales and Marketing

Overview

Shafer’s Sales and Marketing Module was designed with one idea in mind: to help our users manage their marketing programs in order to increase their marketing effectiveness. We realize that your marketing team is executing many tasks at once, that's why we have designed our software to streamline the marketing process by automating many of these tasks.

Marketing is normally done at two levels: existing customers and new customers. Shafer's campaigns feature will allow you to market to all existing customers. New customer "source of call" and "referral" information is monitored by the system and may be accessed easily via our marketing reports option. Using the systems ability to access and analyze a larger database enables you to retrieve special lists of existing customers that have particular needs. The system can send letters, proposals or even maintenance agreement information. Even when the phone rings, the system displays all pending work from the service work generator, empowering your personnel with the knowledge needed to upsell to the customer. When a sales call comes in, the operator can quickly take the call and place it in a sales lead file. Sales Leads are tracked throught the entire sales cycle and management will always know how many working leads each salesperson has in his queue. The system even provides follow-up and monitoring features.

Shafer's System Follow Ups can be generated from almost every module and for various reasons. Whenever a user logs into the system, follow-up messages will be displayed. The messages are stored and can be retrieved at anytime via the Sales and Marketing Module.

· Marketing Campaigns

Integrated with both the AR (customer master) and Maintenance Agreement modules, Shafer's Marketing Campaigns feature provides you with the resources you'll need to create a strong marketing program that focuses on integrated record selection and task execution. Whether it is a detailed strategy or a simple mail merge, this feature will help increase your revenue.

· Marketing Reports

New customer marketing is monitored by the system and is captured within the customers setup files. Shafer's Source of Call and Dispatch Referral Reports track which advertising sources are working for you and which customers are so satisfied with your services that they are referring you to others. Knowing this information will help you allocate advertising dollars more efficiently and can help improve existing relationships (send the customer who referred you a thank you card).
