The Shafer vision began in August of 1966 with one man, his toolbox, and a pick up truck. Before he knew it his company had grown to over 35 technicians servicing all of Southern California. With this incredible growth came the realization that service management automation was imperative. With the lack of good service management software available through the late 1970’s Bob decided to hire programmers to build his own software to fit the specific needs of the service contractor. He quickly realized that designing the ultimate software system would become his destiny.
