A: Yes, we also provide great benefits to your field technicians. Shafer's complete Mobile Office Solution was designed specifically to help technicians and easily integrates with your Shafer's Management System. Shafer's Mobile Office runs on a small laptop computer and lets the technician create an invoice, add parts, track labor time and much more. An attachable printer will allow technicians to immediately print an invoice for the customer before leaving the jobsite.
