Timecard Entries
Overview
The Time Card Entry screen provides a quick and easy method of entering your company's time card data. Time card entries can be entered manually, or can be imported automatically into payroll, so there is no need to manually import the completed dispatch records. You may set each line item to a specific division and department and time cards may be processed daily, weekly or as often as needed.
Enter regular, overtime, or premium hours for your hourly employees. Salaried employees will automatically be calculated when payroll processing is done. You can also take advantage of our ability to track workers compensation codes. Technician's who are normally out in the field, but that may spend the day working behind a desk, can have those eight hours tracked under a different worker's comp code. Also, hours may be posted to job cost records.
