HR Reporting
Overview Shafer's HR Reporting options present the contents of your database in a user-friendly manner offering flexible and detailed reports in four different categories. Track employment records, compensation and sales as well as commission and performance.
Payroll Reports allow for gathering of information to complete your monthly reporting needs. Each report has filter and sorting criteria to gather the appropriate information in a format you desire. Reports include an employee report, QTD-YTD report, check report, and a worker's compensation report. You will also have the ability to print W-2's. Technician Reports will enable you to track technician sales and performance. Status/Inquiry Reports interface with the service module to allow reporting for service calls, time tags, dispatch details, service call time stamps, etc. Marketing Reports are also available from within this module to provide listings of dispatch referrals and the sources of your calls.
A special feature of Shafer's HR Reporting options is the ability to view reports onscreen before printing. How many times have you wasted paper printing a report, when all that was needed was a quick glimpse of only a few items? Through detailed filters and onscreen viewing, Shafer's provides the report that you really need and will let you view the information without printing if necessary. Of course printing is always a standard option. In addition, Shafer's reports will export to a PDF, Excel or RTF document format and can be emailed directly from within our own email program. No need to even open another application!
