Payroll Processing

The Payroll Processing feature contains all that is necessary to successfully process your payroll. Processing allows for the correction of time card information as well as selection of Performance Pay items accumulated from the dispatch records processed through service.You will perform the following steps involved in payroll processing: check calculations, pending checks, check processing. The pending checks program is provided to edit checks that are awaiting printing. This function allows the user to correct errors found within the check summary and/or payroll preview report.

· Check Processing

Once paychecks have been calculated and edited, printing can commence and will be confirmed upon completion. Shafer's also provides the ability to print a detailed paycheck or summary report listing all items that will be processed.
