Asset Manager
Overview
The Asset Manager feature is a complete database area in which to store your assets. A complete search engine for the database makes information easy to find. The individual asset master records will enable you to store pictures of your assets as well as set up service schedules for vehicles. A separate vehicle maintenance area will let users record service records with mileage and pricing. Interested in tracking your vehicles? Shafer's misuse reporting uses global satellites to track your vehicles.

· Asset Consolidation and Search
Similar to other modules throughout Shafer's field service software, a powerful search engine enables you to locate and access records quickly and easily. Search by asset number, id number or key word.

· Asset Master Record
The Asset Master record stores the individual files for each asset. Whether it be your service vehicles or or any other asset, you'll be able to to store the information in our easy-to-read folder format which includes folders for: Master Files, Vehicle, Pictures, Schedule Service and Activity. The pictures folder will store images for your assets. This is extremely helpful in reference to insurance claims and automobile accidents (before and after pictures).

· Vehicle Maintenance
Vehicle Maintenance, separate from the asset manager, allows you to track all service records related to each of your vehicles. Want to know how much money you are spending on repairs for any one vehicle? Log the mileage and costs for oil changes, smog tests, tire rotation and other miscellaneous repairs.

· Reporting Options
