Time & Material Billing
Overview
Shafer's Integrated Time and Material Billing interfaces with other modules throughout our field service software. This integration feature is extremely helpful and time-saving. Anytime billing is done from a dispatch, parts, labor, equipment and purchase orders are automatically imported to the invoice, minimizing data entry time. Use our powerful search engine to run queries on existing invoices. Search filters and a custom display format eliminate unneeded search results so you can see only the information you choose. From within this screen, you may also bill customers directly. For more information on all of the time and material billing features, see the links at left.
