Shafer's provides a comprehensive Billing component that allows you to choose the method of billing that will work best for both your company and your industry. Our flexible software will allow you to choose between Time and Material, Contract or Flat Rate Billing. You will also have control over exactly what information prints on your invoices.

Integrated with other Shafer's modules as well as our own Mobile Office Software, billing either by dispatch or direct billing is quick and easy. Review and edit the invoice before printing and let our software do the rest (generate account entries, update customer history, etc). Whether you choose to accept multiple method of payments or deposits on an invoice, add multiple jobs or technicians to one invoice or process credit invoices, Shafer's Accounts Receivable Billing feature offers you the flexibility to maintain control of your entire billing process.
