Customer Letters and Correspondence
Overview
Sample templates for letters, memos, and events may be used and modified for sending personalized messages to your customers. And, because this feature uses word aprocessing program most people are already familiar with, there is no need to learn yet another program. The Documents folder within the customers master record will allow you to create and store all of the correspondence pertaining to the customer. All correspondence is saved electronically and can be retrieved and/or emailed directly from within our program and without leaving your desk, saving time and money.
Another powerful feature of Shafer's Customer Master is the ability to store digital picture files directly within the documents folder. Photos of your customer's equipment or damage documentation photos are just two examples of what cab be stored. Just think about the possibilities this feature could provide your company!
